⏰ Returns (EU Consumer Rights)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mizmizboutique.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damage or the incorrect item in your email.

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order separately.

🔖 Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are still covered by your 14-day EU cooling-off right.
To be eligible for a return, sale items must be returned:
• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached and original packaging intact
Items that fall under our non-returnable categories (such as opened earrings, hygiene-sensitive products, or personalised items) cannot be returned, even if purchased on sale.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings or pierced jewellery if the seal or packaging has been opened
• Worn or washed clothing
• Beauty and personal care products
• Custom or personalised items
• Gift Cards / eGift Cards / eVouchers (Gift cards, eGift cards, and eVouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.)

💶 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund
