Shipments within Ireland and the EU: No customs duties or tariffs will be applied to orders shipped within the European Union. The final price shown includes applicable Irish VAT (Value Added Tax).

International Shipments (Outside EU): For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any potential customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Mizmiz Boutique is not responsible for these charges and will not refund them if the package is refused or returned.
5. Tracking Information

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photographic evidence of the damage and email us at info@mizmizboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Items: Please contact us if your domestic (Irish) order has not been delivered within 10 days, or your international order within 30 days, according to the tracking information. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
